I bought my Sony Ericsson W910i from the Carphone shop and wasn’t sure of the best deal for me. The lady explained all of the options and we finally found something for me, although I have nt quite got the hang of the internet. I might go back to the ship and upgrade the handset but I will probably need to see whats popular at the moment.

I had some problems with my Nokia N82 and had to take it back to the shop a few times. I understand it was not their fault and while they were very helpful i was a little disappointed. Thankfully they have now fixed the phone and given me a voucher as part compensation for my troubles. Next time I buy from them I think I wiil go to the shop down the road and see what the shop assistants have to say about a phone for my business. I don’t really need the internet but I suppose I should have ti for the future.

i ordered the t-mobile internet, w/laptop…£29. monthly. i was told it’d be delivered the next day, this was stated on my reciept. When it didnt arrive, i rang the manchester fort branch. The manager was adamant that he HADNT said the laptop wud be with me the next day, even though he did. Then, after going on for a bit, he apologised, and said we must have got our wires crossed.Well, because he’d apologied, i thought i’d calm down, and try & makelight of the matter.I said (as a joke) “thats the thing with men, they say 1 thing and mean another” then i laughed. To which the manager..Simon Russell said, “shall i just terminate this call now?” i was surprised, & aked why.To which he replied “well, you just made a sexist comment!!”Now, i know it wasnt meant like that.It annoys me,that when making a sale, the sales-men will say anything & have a laugh, but, when they’ve made the sale, they change!! I then told him i wanted a refund,to which he replied “no problem” Yet, when i went in today, he wasnt there. He told his colleagues he hadnt told me he’d refund me.What a liar! The colleague told me simon had said he wasnt going to do a refund at all. Now i’m really ann. My husband and brother were there. the alesmen said 1 thing 1 minute, and 1 thing the next!!i am disgusted. i want some1 to contact me,as i am far from happy.
