Dell.co.uk Review

Average Customer Review:: ★★★★☆

While Dell (www.dell.co.uk) have been one of the leading names in the computer industry for many years, they have just announced plans to make their laptops, PCs and notepads available offline through a deal with HMV for space in their stores. They also offer some of the biggest discounts on the market whether you are looking for the latest Vostro, Inspiron or the new XPS notebook range. Dell have managed to build up a reputation which is second to none and the move to offline sales can only help increase their market share. While the Dell business model is based online they have a great telephone sales side where you can build your own computer system by stating the components which you want. For sheer quality, depth of knowledge and the range of products, you can easily see why so many customers keep coming back to Dell time and time again.

    I bought my Vostro 1500 laptop last month online and it was here in just 2 days. I heard the laptop was good but i did not expect this and they also gave me a discount for buying online! I will certainly be going back to Dell for my next business computer.

    I was a bit wary about buying online with no shop to visit if it all went wrong, but my friend bought hers there and had no problems. I told them what i wanted on the phone and they emailed me a full spec and price – it was here within 3 days and in full working order.

    Money was tight when i started my new business at home and I thought i would try and see what discounts Dell were offering. I thought there must be a catch but everything arrived in full working order and I have been back 2 more times for other computers. They offer a business service if you work at home, which is even cheaper. I not sure how they can offer such good stuff at such prices when nobody else seems to be able to, but they work, they are reliable and I have not looked back since the firt purchase. Dell seem to be going places!

    I work as a freelance IT support guy and so think i know a bit about computers. There are cheapest companies out there but not many i got my dell deal at dell.co.uk/deal or was it dell.co.uk/deals. The price was very competitive and the kit is really quite good, by the service was terrible so thumbs downs overall

    Just brought two new laptops from dell.co.uk/springdeals. One laptop is for me at Uni the other for my sister who is still at school. The laptops are spot on, cheap, easy to orders and quick to arrive. Fingers crossed their are no problems as i hear that dell customer service is not the best.
