My wife and I both use Chums, I have to say that their products and service are both excellent. We have used them over a number of years after seeing their offers in the newspaper. I would give them 5 stars but there is always room for improvement.

I have used Chums clothes for many years now and have found them long lasting and comfortable, also can be let out when putting on weight!!! However, I find the web site unhelpful and difficult to use and s I am now an overseas user I need it simple and quick to use. That is the only criticism I have of the firm. When in the UK and since being here, so far, the contact I have had to make has always been friendly and helpful. The stars I give are purely on the web site, not the firm.
