This has allowed Liverpool Victoria a great degree of flexibility n its operations due to the fact that it has no shareholders as such to answer to – only society members who share the benefits of the groups operations. While the Friendly Society status may give the impression of a more comfortable business set-up, the Liverpool Victoria is as competitive as any other financial company out there, offering an array of services which include insurance, credit cards, life insurance, savings and investments together with traditional financial advice. The greater degree of transparency between the directors and members is there for all to see and promotes a feeling of trust not often seen in public companies. Liverpool Victoria is one of the leading lights of the mutual movement.

Both my wife and I have been using Liverpool Victoria for a number of years and have been impressed with the service. The are always friendly and helpful which is pretty rare these days.
