I have been banking with Lloyds ( lloydstsb.co.uk/startup ) for some time now and while their service is more than adequate for someone like me, the number of branch closures has been worrying. I am not really an internet person and sometimes feel that my custom is maybe not as important as the younger people of today. That said I get a nice return on my savings.
Average Customer Review::Thankfully i took out my mortgage ( lloydstsb.co.uk/joinus ) just before the troubles in the financial market otherwise I may well have struggled. Lloyds were very helpful and gave me some good advice regarding these Home Content Packs which have recently been introduced. Without their help I would have really struggled but ive moved in now and everything is fine.
Average Customer Review::I have banked with Lloyds for many years and seen a lot of changes over that time, but thankfully they seem to be the same steady company underneth. I like to have a flutter on the stock market and they were very helpful in opening a dealing account and giving me access to online trading – although sometimes it is a little too easy! I see many people complaining that they cannot speak to advisers but I have regular meetings with a lady at the bank who knows my business better than me. I have ben with them a long time and to be honest I see no reason to look else where.
