They did experienced a downturn a few years ago but have recently bounced back due to the leadership of Stuart Rose. He has improved their stores and vastly improved their online offering. They offer a massive range of products including: Womenswear, Menswear, Lingerie, Kidswear, Food & Drink, Entertainment, Travel, Technology, Home & Furniture, Flowers and Presents. At the heart of M&S’s product offering is Quality and exceptional Service!  While more recently they have aimed to lower prices in an attempt to offer better value for money. Online you can buy from Marks and Spencer with complete confidence due to their 90 day refund policy, which has got to the best in the market. Overall an excellent shop to buy from.
