Right, i’ve been training for over 3 years now. Started off without any supplements, protein shakes, etc. Thought i could lose fat and build muscle on a normal diet. But i was working out 5 days a week and saw some early improvements but then these stopped. I had a long chat with some of the more toned and fit guys at the gym, including a personal trainer and realised i needed to massively improve my diet. As the personal trainer said “if you want a six pack and fit body, it’s 80% diet and 20% working out”. So i starting using the maximuslce product about a year ago. I’ve gone from 22% body fat to 13% my muscle definition is massively improved and i feel great. Highly recommended.
