Average Customer Review::Overall their service has been great, the phones always come the next day. The website phonesforyou.co.uk, is a little difficult to use but it doesn’t take long to get used to it. Fones 4 you, have some of the best prices, it is possible to find cheaper but with some many phone companies going bust I prefer to go with a name i can trust like phone4you / phone for you.
Over the years me and family have used phones for you many times and in general have been pleased with the service. The staff at phones4you are really helpfull and knownledgable. The prices are about the same as other shops, so we would recomend fones 4 u.
Average Customer Review::Exellant assistance from the Phones 4 you, i wnt to watford branch. The people in there were so nice ot me, it put a smile on my face. They didn’t have the samsung i want so called another branch and got it shipped over the next day. Phones4u rock!
Average Customer Review::I could write a book about Phones 4 U never mind a review after the appalling after service they have given us both in store and by telephone to their customer service call centre, I would agree that their customer service skills are second to none when you are purchasing anything from them, but go back with a fault or complaint and it all goes downhill. We purchased a Sony Ericsson Walkman (W580i) for our daughters 14th birthday and after 6 months there was no display and you could neither make or receive a call, taking it back to store for repair they were quite helpful but told us it could take up to 14 days to return it, it turned out we never got the phone back until 26 days later, the same fault happened a further 2 times and on the 3rd time of return we were to receive a replacement handset we are still waiting that was 10 days ago. The way we have been treated since by the store and the call centre has been apalling we were unaware they had made a mistake with our address which the store manager said was irrelevant but it obviously isn’t as each time we call they won’t speak to us because of the data protection act and the address we give them is not the same as is on the system, so basically we are in limbo and don’t know whats happening about our daughters phone they are sorry they can’t help us when we call although I must add that both the store and the call centre have given us the address that the phone is registered to so much for data protection and no wonder theres so much identity fraud (apparently sometimes the stores too busy to confirm your address with you when you are sitting purchasing from them after asking your postcode and house no. a system I assumed was just common practice this answer came straight from the managers mouth himself!!!) that is just one of a number of mistakes they have made, the bottom line is I NOR ANY MEMBER OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM PHONES 4 U AGAIN!!!!!!
