This is the first review I have ever written but I’ve been so impressed with Saga inusrance that I felt compelled to. The service has been wonderful, simply wonderful. They have really looked after me through a difficult time and I can’t thank them enough. Saga have been quick to help, friendly and honest. What more could you ask for? they stand head and shoulders above any other company I have used for a very long time.

I found out about it on sagazone saga.co.uk, www2.saga.co.uk, other people recommended them becuase of their low prices and good service, so i gave them a try. I went to saga insurance.co.uk and got a quote in about 5 minutes. The price was about 25% lower than my existing supplier. I’m going to renew my policy in a couple of momths, at saga co uk renew.
Average Customer Review::I was recommended to Saga in Oct. last year. The quote was good,(buildings and contents),so I insured with them. My renewal arrived on the 21/10/2009. What a shock,a premium rise of 58% plus a massive increase in some excesses.No change in the insurance details or circumstances from last year.Why such a massive rise ?.I have telephoned several times during the last two days, speaking to a different person each time,they couldn’t give an explanation but promised to wring back.still no reply. It seems that my next communication will need to go to the CEO. I am very dissapointed with the service I have received so far.
