T-mobile.co.uk Review

Like so many of the smaller UK telecom operators T-Mobile (www.t-mobile.co.uk) was snapped up by international giant Deutsche Telecom and is now part of a major telecoms company. The difference in the Company since joining the Deutsche Telecom group has been enormous with major funding available for promotion, advertising and services. T-Mobile now offer an all round service to customers, from the mobile phone handset to price plans to broadband and more. Like so many of the nimbler companies in the UK market they spotted that mobile phones and broadband services went hand in hand and they have carved out a niche for themselves. Their website is packed with the latest products and services and for those not sure exactly what they want there is a very useful help facility. After a fairly low key entry into the UK market, T-Mobile have come of age with their parent company billions behind them!

While I was not too impressed with T-Mobile ( t-mobile.co.uk/1plan) when I first checked them out a couple of years ago, they seem to have come on a long way since then. They have a great range of phones on offer and some unbelievable contract deals. The service is also very good, so I think I will be saying goodbye to Vodaphone.
Average Customer Review::I logged onto the website the other day and they seemed to have every type of phone that you could ever think of. However, when I actually went to buy the LG Shine they were out of stock and to be honest I don’t think I will go back again.
Average Customer Review::We bought the kids a T-Mobile, t-mobile.co.uk/londonlite, network phone a year ago and all decided to give it a try for the free T-Mobile to T-Mobile phone calls. We saved some money but I noticed that their contract prices have been coming further and further down. I’m not sure how they can give such a good service for the price they are charging but I will be moving to a contract phone when I decide which phone to go for. The kids are at that age when they want the fashionable phones and I have not found anywhere cheaper than T-Mobile.
Average Customer Review::Brought a t-mobile u600 a few months ago after seeing a deal in the sky mag, t-mobile.co.uk/sky mag, t-mobile.co.uk/skymag. The flexible price plan is excellent, i never get anywhere near using up all my free mins and free texts, which is great. The only problem is that coverage is not as good as Vodafone. My firend also got a good deal from t-mobile.co.uk/sun
Average Customer Review::I’m really not sure about t-mobile. The deal i got is really good (t-mobile.co.uk/solo), the phone is good, the service is good, but the network coverage is not as good as Vodafone, so i’m not sure what to do. I want to stay with t-mobile, but sometimes as home i cant get coverage whereas my friends with voda always seem to get it ok.
Average Customer Review::Don’t use t-mobile, i got a usb modem from t-mobile.co.uk/usb, or was it t-mobile.co.uk/metrousb, i cant remember but the bloody thing wont work. T-mobile have told me its my computer so wont give a refund.
Average Customer Review::I’m loving my new mobile broadband modem from t-mobile.co.uk/starusb, it only costs £15 per month which is cheaper than what is was paying the rubbish virgin media.
Average Customer Review::Overall i have to say that T-mobile are pretty good but they certainly are not perfect. The deal i got after seeing them in the Metro, t-mobile.co.uk/metro, was good, i got 900 mins for £30 per month, which at the time was unbeatable. The service was good too, the main problem has been after sales service and the dodgy coverage in certain places. So only 3 stars.
Average Customer Review::Iused to like t-mobile. The deals were good, and so was the coverage. But more recently i have got annoyed with them becuase all the advertising they do, everytime i open the newspaper it constant pink adverts, in the Daily star you get t-mobile.co.uk/dailystar, t-mobile.co.uk/starval. Even the Sun get loads of t-mobile ads t-mobile.co.uk/sun7, and t-mobile.co.uk/sunval. Give it a rest!
Average Customer Review::Just go a free sony ericsson k850i from t-mobile.co.uk/mail, plus there was £5 off the normal flext35 which gives 1000 mins or 2000 texts, so really good value for money. Plus the phone is boss too.
Average Customer Review::Saw the ad on the back of the close, then went to t-mobile.co.uk/close - i really want a iphone but the t-mobile deals are much, much better value for money. So if you are trying to save a few pounds, aint we all with the credit crunch, then i recommend goign with t-mobile
