Tesco.com Review

Average Customer Review:: ★★★½☆

Tesco are the UK’s leading retailer, due to great service and very competitive prices. And their online arm Tesco.com is no different. They even publish all their main competitor’s (Asda and Sainsburys) prices on the website so you can easily check how keen their prices are. Tesco.com has expanded quickly beyond selling just groceries online. They have a fantastic range of ‘non-food’ products, such as TVs, Furniture, Clothes, Laptops and gardening tools under its Tesco Direct brand. It also sells everything to do with entertainment, such as CDs, DVDs, Music Downloads, and books. On top of this, there are other shops such as eDiets, Tesco Wine Club, DVD Rental and much more!

    Tescos get a hard time in the press but I personally think they are proably the best supermarket in the UK. Their prices are very keen, it you use price check you can see they are very competitive on price. Also the shop themselves are very good, they are clean and tidy, unlike Asda, and the service is great. Any issues and the customer service team sort it out quickly. Finally, their one in front policy is brilliant, i hate waiting in a queue.
