Tesco are the UKs leading retailer, due to great service and very competitive prices. And their online arm Tesco.com is no different. They even publish all their main competitors (Asda and Sainsburys) prices on the website so you can easily check how keen their prices are. Tesco.com has expanded quickly beyond selling just groceries online. They have a fantastic range of “˜non-food products, such as TVs, Furniture, Clothes, Laptops and gardening tools under its Tesco Direct brand. It also sells everything to do with entertainment, such as CDs, DVDs, Music Downloads, and books. On top of this, there are other shops such as eDiets, Tesco Wine Club, DVD Rental and much more!If you have been a customer of Tesco please write a review below, many thanks the Maxxsave team.

Tescos get a hard time in the press but I personally think they are proably the best supermarket in the UK. Their prices are very keen, it you use price check you can see they are very competitive on price. Also the shop themselves are very good, they are clean and tidy, unlike Asda, and the service is great. Any issues and the customer service team sort it out quickly. Finally, their one in front policy is brilliant, i hate waiting in a queue.

Tesco – Direct waste of my time.
I ordered a Dell inspiron laptop from the tesco-direct website, no problems,
Next day they phoned my home and my partner answered the phone, girl called ellie said she wanted to speak to me about the order, alas i wasnt in and the girl said that she had to speak to me and could not call back later and would have to cancel the order,
I later got an E-mail saying the order was cancelled and my Credit Card had problems, Very worried !!, Contacted my bank who were baffled by this and said my card was fine, just bought a fridge today with it no problems,
I have read several similar situations with credit cards and Tesco on the web and seems to be quite common.
My partner said the girl on the phone was very nervous/unsure of what to do so just cancelled the order?,
I have had problems with Tesco before but they usually take the money and then the grief begins,
i Guess i will have to buy somewhere else as tesco dont want my business which is fine as my confidence in them has been slowly ebbing away and has now gone.
