Because they are web only they actually have lower prices than the Carphone Warehouse’s shops. As well as contract mobile phones and pay as you go phones, they sell home phones and broadband access. Their website is also better than Carphone’s, it was easy to compare prices, which is a lot than be said for some other mobile phone websites. The site is fast, easy and clear, I found the descriptions on the website very accurate, my new phone came the next day. Finally, because they are part of Carphone Warehouse Group, you can be reassured that they are not one of these mobile phone cowboys who don’t pay you cashback.

I was impressed with The Phone Spot. I ordered my Nokia N95 and it came the next day. The phone is great, but after a couple of weeks it stopped working. I sent it back and thephonespot replaced it straight away no probs. Overall, great service and very friendly.
