I hate dealing with the insurance companies because I think they just rip you off although I was in a car crash last year and had to call Zurich. They really surprised me how helpful they were and they did everything about getting money off the fool who drove into me. Yes, very impressed.
Average Customer Review::I have my own business and we had to buy some vans to keep up with the new orders. I did not even know that I had to get business insurance for the vans, but Zurich talked me right the way through it. I took the cheapest option but its better than nothing.
Average Customer Review::We were on the outskirts of some of the floods last year and while we were not as bad as some I thought we would have a nightmare claiming back off the insurance. The house was a bit of a wreck but Zurich was a lot quicker than I expected and we were back in within 4 weeks. They also put us up in a hotel for that time we had to wait, all paid for. What with all the pressure of trying to sort the kids out I was just glad that Zurich was there to help and take some pressure off us.
Average Customer Review::Zurich are great, I’ve been with Norwich union for about 3 years but the latest renewal quote was too high (£580). Check on confused.com and found Zurich was the cheapest of the well known companies. I also £20 M&S voucher becuase i visited zurichinsurance.co.uk/mgm3

Average Customer Review::shortly after I purchased my Astra and returning from Peterborough a large Royal Mail van ran into the rear nearside quarter of my car. Fortunately neither my daughter or myself were injured, only my feelings.
I am writng to say how thankful I was that I was insured by Zurich. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful, everything was settled, no loss of claim bonus and my car was returned in pristine condition within the fortnight of the accident. Pretty good show I think and you deserve my grateful thanks, Raymond Windsor.
